Structural Design and Numerical Analysis of an All-Metal Screw Motor for Drilling Applications in High-Temperature and High-Pressure Environments in Ultra-Deep Wells

چکیده

It is difficult to adapt traditional screw motors with rubber stators the high-temperature and high-pressure conditions in ultra-deep wells, where age, deform carbonize, resulting motor failure. In this study, goal develop volumetric power drilling tools that can be used drill at depths of 10,000 m. To meet goal, an all-metal applied wells designed, then its deformation structural design are studied. Through numerical simulation, change clearance after expansion environments characteristics well analyzed. The results show metal has good performance stability. maximum less than 0.3 mm 9000~15,000 m wells. minimum should greater 0.2 ensure stator rotor remain engaged. research expected provide theoretical guidance for applications projects demand deep earth resource development.
